He was always available to answer our questions and go to viewings,on one occasion with only a few hour's notice! Paolo was with us every single step of the way and he made the entire process run smoothly, which was so reassuring to us as first-time homebuyers. We ended up closing on our new home in under a month. On our closing day, Paolo gave us champagne and chocolate and sent a picture of us outside our new home.
